What is Required (Qualifications)
- Minimum of 3-6 months of customer service or support experience
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn quickly
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills with active listening capabilities
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Background check required in compliance with state and federal laws
