**Essential Functions & Key Areas Of Responsibility:**
- Perform duties under general supervision, serving customers in person, through the drive-up window, and on the telephone, providing exceptional service.
- Establish, retain, and deepen relationships with existing and new customers to achieve branch sales goals, maintaining awareness of bank products and services.
- Perform security and maintenance of cash requirements in teller drawers, adhere to authority limits, and balance teller drawers with oversight.
- Exchange foreign currency, complete change orders, process mail and night drop with oversight.
- Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, recognize cross-selling opportunities, and educate customers on alternative service channels.
- Perform banking transactions accurately and efficiently to build rapport and trust.
- Adhere to operational and security policies, including compliance and privacy policies, and ensure dual control procedures are followed.
- Manage transaction risks, detect fraudulent activity, report suspicious activities, and follow CIP and BSA procedures, including preparing CTRs.
- Complete mandatory bank training and participate in educational programs to enhance knowledge.
- Perform additional duties such as ordering checks, address changes, daily reports, account closing, safe deposit procedures, and issuing statements.
- Balance ATM cash and deposits, issue and troubleshoot debit cards, and perform routine correspondence.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
