Star Bank in Annandale, MN is hiring a Customer Service Representative. This full-time, non-exempt role will perform teller transactions and deliver high-quality service in person, by phone, or email, with occasional shifts at Maple Lake.

The position requires flexibility for Saturday rotation and possible work at multiple nearby locations. You will engage customers, answer questions, process transactions, and support digital banking.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; experience in a financial institution with a broad knowledge of retail operations is preferred, but not required.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel and Outlook; ability to navigate banking software and multiple systems.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail and customer service orientation are essential.

Responsibilities

• Conduct basic customer service transactions and answer questions about Star Bank accounts.
• Greet customers in a professional, friendly, and hospitable manner.
• Perform clerical tasks including word processing, filing, answering telephones and operating office equipment.
• Build customer relationships with the bank by cross-selling bank products.
• Maintain daily drawer limits and balance daily.
• Navigate banking software to process transactions and assist customers with digital banking.
