Responsibilities

• Assist customers promptly in person, by phone, or electronically while meeting Bank SMILE standards.
• Open new accounts or update customer files as required by policy.
• Balance currency, coins, and checks in cash drawers at end of day and record transactions.
• Cash checks and disburse funds after verification and funds availability.
• Enter customer transactions into computers and issue receipts.
• Prepare and verify bank products such as cashier's checks and money orders.
• Assist customers with safe deposit box entry and related forms.
• Resolve customer complaints or route to appropriate personnel for resolution.
• Maintain accurate documentation of interactions and transactions.
