The Customer Service Technician I is an entry-level technical support role focused on product evaluation, failure analysis support, documentation, and customer service. This position works closely with senior technicians, engineers, and customer support personnel to learn SENS products, processes, and troubleshooting methods.
This role begins with in-house product evaluation and service support activities and develops into broader technical customer support responsibilities over time. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, organized, technically curious, and interested in developing hands‑on troubleshooting skills within an industrial electronics environment.
This position is located in Hatfield, PA with flexibility to work a hybrid schedule once fully trained.
$25 - $27 is the projected hourly rate and will be determined by the candidate’s overall qualifications and experience.
This position is eligible for an annual bonus based on individual and company performance.
