Advanced Personnel Resources is currently looking for curious and outgoing professionals who are interested in embarking on a new career path. Individuals who display work stability and customer service experience in retail or food services are encouraged to apply! The typical work schedule will be 12:30 pm - 9:00 pm Monday - Friday , with one Saturday shift per month required.
These positions are entry-level Tier 1 Technical Support opportunities. Selected candidates will provide front-line technical support via phone, chat, or email for issues related to different mechanical and electrical products, including troubleshooting, diagnosis, and case tracking within established performance expectations.
We are looking for candidates who possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, are detail-oriented with a strong work ethic, have a strong technical and mechanical aptitude, and have a passion for helping others solve problems with patience, empathy, and care.
