Job summary

GO Car Wash is hiring for outdoor, active roles where you’ll earn hourly pay plus commissions. You’ll welcome customers with energy, help them choose the best wash or membership, and safely guide vehicles into the wash while keeping the site clean and inviting.

This is a good entry point for anyone 16 or older, authorized to work in the U.S., with morning availability a plus. Perks include free car washes, paid time off, and opportunities to grow into leadership as the company expands.

What You'll Do

Every day is a little different, but you'll:

• Welcome customers with great energy
• Help customers choose the best wash or membership
• Safely guide vehicles into the wash
• Keep the site clean, stocked, and looking awesome
• Help customers use our free vacuums and self-serve stations
• Work with an upbeat team to create a great customer experience
• Love talking with people
• Like staying active instead of sitting all day
• Bring positive energy to work
• Can learn quickly and follow safety procedures
• Like working on a team
• At least 16 years old
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Morning availability is a plus!

Earn around $14/hour on average!

• $12/hour base pay
• Average of $2/hour in uncapped commissions from membership sales
