Job summary

Go-Car-Wash is hiring entry-level team members to work outside, greet customers, help with wash selections, and keep the site looking fresh. You’ll earn base pay plus uncapped commissions and enjoy free car washes, PTO, and growth opportunities as our network expands.

Be ready to stay active, learn quickly, and work well with a positive team. Applicants must be at least 16 and authorized to work in the U.S.; morning availability helps.

Qualifications

• Ability to greet customers with enthusiasm and maintain a positive attitude.
• Morning availability is a plus and helps schedule shifts.

What You'll Do

Every day is a little different, but you'll:

• Welcome customers with great energy
• Help customers choose the best wash or membership
• Safely guide vehicles into the wash
• Keep the site clean, stocked, and looking awesome
• Help customers use our free vacuums and self-serve stations
• Work with an upbeat team to create a great customer experience
• Love talking with people
• Like staying active instead of sitting all day
• Bring positive energy to work
• Can learn quickly and follow safety procedures

• At least 16 years old
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Morning availability is a plus!

Earn around $15/hour on average!

• $13/hour base pay
• Average of $2/hour in uncapped commissions from membership sales
