Job summary

White Castle in Brownsburg, IN is hiring entry-level Team Members to deliver the Original Slider experience. No prior experience needed—we’ll teach you everything.

Bring your outgoing energy and friendly attitude to a fourth-generation family business that values safety, teamwork, and community. As a team member, you’ll handle customer service, run the cash register and drive-thru, prep orders, maintain sanitation, and work the fryer/griddle.

Qualifications

• Must love to smile, laugh and have fun.
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours during a shift.
• Lift 30-50 lbs repeatedly.
• Enjoy working in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
• Must be at least 16 years of age at hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service at the counter, drive-thru, and lobby.
• Operate the cash register and handle transactions.
• Prepare orders and ensure accuracy and quality.
• Maintain sanitation and follow food safety procedures.
• Operate fryer/griddle and assist with daily line duties.
