Job summary

White Castle is hiring at its Columbus, IN locations for team members to deliver fast, friendly service. You’ll handle cash, take orders at the drive-thru, help prepare food, and keep the kitchen and dining areas clean and sanitary.

No experience? No problem—training is provided. This is a high-energy role where teamwork and customer satisfaction are paramount, with opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Must love to smile, laugh & have fun!
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours during a shift & lift 30-50lbs repeatedly
• Enjoy working in a high energy, fast paced environment
• Promote and drive the White Castle initiatives and increase brand loyalty
• Must be a good person, a team player, and treat others with care and respect
• Must be at least 16 years of age at the time of hire
