We are looking for a professional & dynamic person who can listen to customer questions and concerns, provide detailed information about products and services, work towards resolving customer issues, handle complaints professionally, document customer interactions, all while aiming to maintain customer satisfaction.
MUST be within 30-45 mins of Bethel, CT (not a remote position).
MUST have experience and comfortability on the phone.
