What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Guide patients and caregivers throughout their home care journey, ensuring they receive necessary care

What is Required (Qualifications):

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good listening skills and emotional intelligence to work effectively in a team

- Proficiency in technology with strong typing skills and the ability to multitask efficiently
