What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as a liaison between the employer, the customer base, and patients
- Resolve routine customer requests regarding products or services via inbound and outbound calls or the Internet
- Provide additional customer education and information as needed
- Notify clients of test results in a timely and accurate manner
- Perform administrative support for medical record management and internal records to ensure HIPAA compliance

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite is required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent listening abilities
- Must be courteous with a strong customer service orientation

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree highly desired
- Experience working in a contact center/call center environment is preferred
- Prior healthcare industry experience, such as in a physician's office or hospital, is a plus
- Experience with Salesforce.com and/or Laboratory Information Systems is preferred
- Bilingual in English and Spanish highly desirable
