Imperial Brady, a leading North American distributor, is seeking a Customer Service Support in Lihue, HI. The role involves interacting with customers, processing orders, and answering inquiries about our products and services.

The position follows a Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm in the office, with responsibilities including restocking the office store, inventory tasks, and supporting the CSR team.

• Assist with daily driver paperwork and warehouse support.
• Cover operational duties as needed.

The Customer Service Support will interact with customers, process orders, and provide information in response to customers’ inquiries, concerns, and requests about our products and services.

The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, in the office, from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm.

• Support the office Supervisor and the CSR team during lunches and breaks
• Restocking the office store (PRN)
• Adjusting store stock and keeping it straightened and tidy
• Handle damaged freight documentation
• Receiving records / documentation paperwork
• Cycle counts
• Will calls
• Inventory organization
• Dead stock reduction
• For Outside Sales "Joy's credit processing and ship confirmations"
• Help with daily driver paperwork both incoming and outgoing
• Helping in the warehouse
• Covering operational duties
