Job summary

ITW is seeking a Customer Service Supervisor in the United States to lead the Customer Service team, ensure delivery performance, and sustain strong customer relations. The role reports to the Customer Relations Manager and collaborates with manufacturing and shipping to align schedules.

Ideal candidates will have 3–5 years in manufacturing customer service, a 2-year degree or equivalent, and proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Qualifications

2 year Administrative/Manufacturing degree or equivalent education and/or experience.
3–5 years in customer service/sales in a manufacturing environment or related field.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Experience with customer relations, computer operations, and coordinating multiple tasks.
Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and Office suite.
Strong work ethic, reliable, able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day leadership, guidance, and support to the Customer Service team.
Serve as the primary point of contact for escalated customer service calls, inquiries, and issues.
Participate in interviewing, onboarding, and training of new Customer Service team members.
Coordinate cross-functional training with internal departments.
Monitor ERP system-related questions and changes; align with Manufacturing and Shipping schedules.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the Customer Service department.
