Job summary

Harris Teeter in Crozet, VA is seeking a Full Time Assistant Customer Service Manager DLT to supervise up to 120 associates in the Customer Service Department and accounting office. You will assist the Department Manager with directing and evaluating these teams, and ensure adherence to audits and standards.

The role requires strong communication, customer service focus, and the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure while supporting training and development initiatives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or 1–3 years related experience and/or training.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills required.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and write simple correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Supervise up to 120 associates in Customer Service and accounting offices.
• Interview, train, and evaluate staff; plan and direct work activities.
• Provide coaching and feedback to ensure compliance with expectations and audits.
• Perform duties of customer service clerks, cashiers, and baggers as needed.
