Job summary

• Seek opportunities to refer to other lines of business to include mortgage, cash management, commercial and trust.
• Work closely with Branch Manager and branch team to generate new business.
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation in compliance with banking regulations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address complex customer issues and ensure prompt resolution.
