Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hospitality, grocery, or drug store environments preferred
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform repetitive movements with or without accommodations
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills required
• Strong organizational and communication skills required
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills required
• High level of integrity required
• Proficiency in basic math for cash accounting

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily store operations from merchandising to front-end duties
• Receive merchandise, unload trucks, and process freight safely
• Merchandise and stock as needed; maintain store cleanliness including bathrooms
• Maintain a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers, associates, and leaders
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register and protect cash/assets
• Other duties as assigned in the store environment
