Job summary

El Super, part of the Chedraui USA family, is seeking a Crew Member at #500 Hooper in Los Angeles. Under direct supervision, you will deliver outstanding customer service, process sales quickly and accurately, operate the cash register, stock shelves, and help keep the store clean.

This role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for long periods, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, and basic PC skills are helpful.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail setting.
• Good communication and basic literacy in English/Spanish considered a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide premier customer service at the registers and greeting customers.
• Assist customers at the registers and on the sales floor.
• Stock and rotate products; ensure shelves are displayed per planogram.
• Unload products from trucks and organize stock room.
• Maintain store cleanliness and operate back-room equipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
