Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club is seeking team members in the United States to provide prompt, courteous service to members and efficiently replenish and stock merchandise. You will keep the sales floor clean, neat, and fully organized while following club policies and procedures.

A strong focus on teamwork, safety, and a positive attitude is essential. Training and certification are required, with opportunities to grow within a values‑driven, pay-checked environment.

Qualifications

• Must successfully complete required training and certification processes.
• Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail required.

Responsibilities

• Provides members with prompt and courteous service.
• Replenishes, refills, stocks, and straightens merchandise.
• Keeps sales floor clean, neat and full organized.
• Remains compliant with club policies and procedures.
• Performs other duties as assigned, including working in other departments as needed.
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of this job.
