What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the primary liaison between customers, sales, and internal teams for order fulfillment and customer satisfaction
- Manage open order status, resolving delivery and billing blocks, and documenting order changes
- Collaborate with various departments to support new account setup and ensure order fulfillment
- Maintain customer equipment records and facilitate upgrades as necessary
- Handle customer inquiries through calls and emails, ensuring professional and timely communication
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma is required
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer service role or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to work remotely, specifically from the West Coast
- Excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams; experience with Netsuite, Salesforce, and QuickBooks preferred
