Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative to join our team at 3630 College Point Blvd, Flushing, NY. You will assist customers with rentals, equipment inspection, and related services, using smartphone-based tools to dispatch and manage inventory.

Mobility with forklifts and trailer wiring installation are included in duties, with training provided. We offer on-the-job education, competitive pay, and opportunities for advancement within a respected national rental company.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain a good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Inspect and maintain equipment on the lot, including fluid checks.
• Answer questions and educate customers regarding products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and process returns.
