More about the role :
- As a Customer Service Representative, you will assist TurboTax customers by answering questions related to TurboTax products and tax return software. Common inquiries include downloading, logging in, basic navigation, importing documents, printing, filing, and basic tax questions. Continuous support will be provided.
- Get paid $18.50 per hour¹.
- TurboBonus Boost of $5.00 per hour: Enjoy this bonus from April 9th through 15th with unlimited hours available. To qualify, work a minimum of 8 hours on April 13th, 14th, and 15th².
- Earn a $310 bonus for participating in certification as a TurboTax Product Expert³.
- Certification occurs over 3 days.
- Build your own schedule with flexible hours between 8am EST and 12am midnight EST, Monday to Sunday.
- Minimum 30 hours per week required; more hours are welcome.
- You will be supported by an SME (Subject Matter Expert) during live calls, along with an MPS (Marketplace Performance Specialist) advocate.
Required Experience & Skills
To succeed as a Service Provider for TurboTax, you should be proficient in:
- No specific accounting background is required. Enthusiasm to learn and assist customers is key.
- Strong communication skills to articulate solutions clearly and empathetically.
