Job description

We are looking for energetic individuals who are interested in providing our clients' patients with excellent customer service from their secured home office, helping to schedule healthcare appointments.

Requirements
  • Must speak English & Spanish fluently.
  • Be able to type 40 words per minute or more.
  • Must be able to sit for extended periods in a chair.
  • Have a high-speed DSL or cable internet connection, rated at least 10 MB download and 2 MB upload speeds.
  • Dedicated home office space, free from distractions, with a lockable door. A picture of this space will be required. The workspace must be used exclusively by you.
  • A personal desktop computer running Windows 10 or higher, with 8 GB RAM. Windows 11 devices should have a Core i3 processor or better; Windows 10 devices should have a Dual Core Processor 2.0 GHz or better. Laptops are not eligible.
  • A 19″ flat panel monitor (minimum); multiple displays are recommended.
  • A webcam for training, compliance, and collaboration.
  • Wired networking connection (wireless is not permitted).
  • Visual proof of your workspace, including pictures showing the dedicated, lockable environment.
  • An approved-brand USB headset for VOIP (e.g., Plantronics, Logitech, Jabra, Sennheiser, Surf Onn, Discover, Microsoft LifeChat), approximately $40.
  • A modern mobile phone (iOS or Android) for multi-factor authentication, with iOS 15+ or Android 11+. Preferred brands include Apple and Samsung.
