- Ensure service levels are met for securing interpreters for dedicated client appointments

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service

- Exceptional data entry and accuracy skills
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
