Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC in Owasso, Oklahoma is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience for every customer. You will assist customers, process transactions at the register, stock shelves, unload trucks, and keep the store clean and welcoming.

This part-time role requires a high school diploma (preferred) and strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and read operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs and perform frequent movements.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks and stock replenishment.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers and staff.
• Maintain store cleanliness, including bathrooms, floors, and trash removal.
• Other duties as assigned.
