Customer Service Specialist

Our patented Flow-Through technology eliminates the need for weapon modifications and was engineered to deliver superior sound suppression without adversely affecting the weapon system. Adopted by military units, law enforcement, and tactical professionals worldwide, our technology has disrupted the suppressor industry and established itself as the gold standard in suppression systems.

American manufacturing is a pillar of our brand, and we proudly produce all our suppressors in Millcreek, Utah. Our team of enthusiastic and knowledgeable professionals is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to become an integral part of our operations.

Location: In-office role at our Millcreek office

Responsibilities:

  • Promptly respond to customer inquiries via phone and email support
  • Collaborate with team members to find optimal solutions to customer issues
  • Support the company's warranty program and process returns and repairs
  • Manage logistics of orders placed through the Pro Program
  • Assist walk-in customers
  • Learn about new product offerings
  • Maintain a polite, helpful, and professional demeanor at all times

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Office/administrative and/or customer service experience required
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong multitasking abilities and ability to complete projects on time
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Superior customer service skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Knowledge of the firearm industry
