Turing Enterprises, Inc. is seeking experienced professionals in customer service, account management, or client support within the finance and insurance sectors for freelance projects. You will help evaluate and improve AI by applying your knowledge of financial services and customer communication.

No prior AI experience is required. Projects are typically about one month, remote, with potential for extension and possibly full-time onboarding in the future.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in finance or insurance as CSR, account specialist, or client support.
• Excellent English communication and reasoning skills.
• Ability to explain complex financial or insurance concepts clearly.

• Write clear, structured solutions and dialogues for claims, policy inquiries, financial product guidance, and client communication.

Role Overview:

• In this role, you will be working on projects to help evaluate and improve AI using your expertise in financial services and customer communication.

• Excellent English communication and reasoning skills.
• Ability to simplify and explain complex financial or insurance concepts in a clear and professional manner.
