You will handle billing, payments, inquiries, and account maintenance after funding, supporting physicians, medical practices, and small business owners.

Qualifications

• Experience in loan or lease servicing, billing and accounts receivable is a plus.
• Working knowledge of account servicing: billing, payment application, payoffs, and end-of-term activity.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy while managing many open accounts at once.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for customers on billing, payments, and account status inquiries.
• Apply incoming payments across ACH, credit card, check, and wire; resolve posting discrepancies.
• Track insurance certificates and handle inquiries on taxes and pass-through charges.
• Maintain servicing-system and CRM records accurate and current; support reporting needs.
• Assist with early-stage collections when needed.
