• Process key fobs and manage membership information.
• Monitor security alerts, follow up with the customer service manager, and track front-desk cameras.
• Complete work assignments, manage priorities, and collaborate with managers, colleagues, and cross-functional teams.
• Provide feedback and recommend improvements.
