Inhance Technologies is a leading provider of specialty chemicals, gases, and material technologies in a wide range of industries, across four continents.
The Customer Service Specialist handles the more complex end of customer order management at the Catoosa site: non-standard and export orders, the accuracy of order information in the ERP, and the month-end effort to get orders shipped within the period. The role works alongside the Customer Service Representative and is the first point of reference for orders and system questions that fall outside the routine.

With demonstrated capability handling difficult customer situations independently, running the month-end effort without support, and working well across departments at the site while supporting the Customer Service Representative it can progress to Customer Service Lead, with day-to-day responsibility for the customer service team at Catoosa.
