Job summary

Aptiv is seeking a proactive Sales Analytics professional to analyze sales data, develop dashboards, and communicate insights to stakeholders. You will collaborate with sales teams to forecast targets, track progress, and adjust plans based on market conditions and business goals.

You’ll help improve sales processes, maintain CRM data, and support training on reporting tools and data privacy compliance. You will prepare market insights reports to guide strategic decision-making and ensure data

Responsibilities

• Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and presentations to communicate key insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with sales teams to forecast sales targets, track progress, and adjust forecasts based on market conditions and business goals.
• Assist in developing sales forecasts, budgets, and operational plans to support sales strategies.
• Identify inefficiencies in sales processes and recommend solutions to streamline operations, improve productivity, and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Implement best practices and standardized procedures to ensure consistency and scalability in sales operations.
• Maintain and update CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems with accurate and current sales data.
• Ensure data integrity, cleanliness, and compliance with data privacy regulations.
• Provide support to sales teams on CRM usage, data analysis tools, and reporting systems.
• Assist in training sales personnel on new processes, tools, and systems to enhance their effectiveness.
• Prepare reports and presentations on market insights to support strategic decision-making.
