Job summary

Delta Dental of Washington is seeking an entry-level Service Specialist who will be the friendly, knowledgeable voice for customers. You’ll solve problems, answer questions, and guide individuals with empathy and professionalism. The role emphasizes accountability and integrity across every interaction.

Responsibilities

  • Complete required training and maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, policies and procedures.
  • Provide accurate, professional, customer-focused support via phone and written correspondence.
  • Resolve inquiries on first contact whenever possible and ensure customers feel heard and informed.
  • Document all interactions for tracking and analysis.
  • Contribute to departmental and operational goals.
  • Escalate concerns appropriately and professionally.
  • Manage workloads by multitasking and prioritizing tasks.
  • Demonstrate accountability, integrity, and professionalism in all interactions.

Service Specialists start at $20.00/hr, are bonus eligible, and we offer a highly competitive medical, dental and vision plans.
