Job description

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, highly-motivated SPANISH and ENGLISH speaking customer service representative to provide an excellent experience to our customers in our Omaha office. Job seekers should have a background in service and exceptional communication, listening, and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities:
  1. Answering the multi-line telephone system; offer water and coffee to clients.
  2. Assisting Paralegals/attorneys with making copies.
  3. Daily run to the Omaha Police Department to retrieve police records.
  4. Keeping track of all incoming faxes, emails, and invoices via email or faxes.
  5. Managing physical mail: scanning and saving in clients' files.
  6. Keeping track of all appointments and scheduling them for attorneys and paralegals.
  7. Receiving payments from clients, documenting payments on Case Peers, and notifying the bookkeeper/accountants.
  8. Interpreting and translating for clients.
  9. Logging mail at the end of each day.
  10. Preparing envelopes for mailing office expenses.
  11. Updating the office staff list and extension numbers.
  12. Ordering office supplies monthly.
Qualifications:
  1. Experience working in a customer-oriented environment.
  2. High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent.
  3. Exemplary interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills.
  4. Must be fully bilingual in Spanish and English.
  5. Punctuality, friendliness, and professionalism.
Compensation:

$17 - $18 hourly
