New Pig Corporation is hiring a Customer Service Specialist in Duncansville, PA (16635) for onsite work on a daylight/evening shift. Two schedules available: 5 days 11:30am–8:00pm or 4 days 9:30am–8:00pm.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries, processing orders, and growing sales while delivering top-notch service. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent and strong customer service skills.

The Customer ServiceSpecialists providetop-notch service by providing product, cost, and delivery information to our customers. Customer ServiceSpecialists will also recommend products and services by discovering customers’ stated and unstated needs.

These positions will be located in Duncansville and are eligible for shift differential pay.

There are TWO availablework schedules to choose from:

• 5 days a week 11:30am – 8:00pm
• 4 days a week 9:30am – 8:00pm

Requirements
