Job summary

The Kendall Group, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to support the Sales team in Clinton Charter Township. You will efficiently process customer orders, manage delivery expectations, and resolve issues to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have an Associate’s degree (or equivalent experience) and experience with MS Office and CRM/ERP systems like Salesforce. You will collaborate across teams and vendors to maintain accurate, timely service and a positive

Responsibilities

  • Process telephone orders, respond to calls, faxes, and emails promptly.
  • Maintain and grow customer sales and gross profits to meet growth objectives.
  • Enter orders into Eclipse and Salesforce; document transactions per procedures.
  • Follow up on quotes and provide feedback to outside sales reps.
  • Leverage company and vendor resources to deliver excellent customer service.

The person in this role maintains positive relationships with customers by providing excellent customer service.
