Aston Carter is seeking a Sr. Customer Service Specialist for an onsite contract-to-hire role in Valencia, CA.

The role focuses on managing aerospace customer orders, coordinating schedules, and delivering post-sale support with strong ERP and MS Office skills. The ideal candidate will have an AS/AA degree (or equivalent) and at least 5 years of customer service experience, with proven ability to work across teams and resolve issues promptly.

Qualifications

• ERP system knowledge is required; AS/400 or Oracle experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reports and presentations.

Description

The Sr. Customer Service Specialist serves as the main point of contact between the company and major aerospace customers, managing all routine business activities related to customer orders. Responsibilities include processing purchase orders, coordinating schedule changes, providing post-sale support, preparing price quotes, and resolving billing disputes. The role requires strong ERP and Microsoft Office skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work collaboratively across internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient order management.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.01 - $38.70/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
