What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Schedule visits for home infusion within a region of branches by coordinating with Nurse Managers, field staff, and patients
  • Complete nurse assignments for patients and proactively monitor all patient appointments for accuracy
  • Serve as a coordinator for nursing referrals while providing excellent customer service
  • Respond to inquiries from patients and staff regarding nursing and patient referrals and schedules
  • Investigate and resolve issues while maintaining timely data entry in appropriate systems
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • High School education or GED required
  • 5+ years of relevant Customer Service experience
  • High proficiency in Excel and Outlook
  • Detail-oriented with excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment and make independent decisions
