Job Responsibilities

• Work independently at multiple locations, balancing indoor and outdoor tasks
• Assess customer storage needs, suggest solutions, and sell packing/moving supplies
• Conduct daily storage unit inspections to verify inventory and availability
• Audit cash drawers and handle bank deposits
• Manage customer payments, send reminders, and make collection calls as needed

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift/move items weighing up to 35 pounds
• Comfortable walking in outdoor environments, including climbing stairs and opening large doors
• Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and groundskeeping

Qualifications

Experience in customer service, sales, retail, restaurant, or service industries preferred.

Transportation

Valid driver’s license and own vehicle required for travel between locations (mileage reimbursement available).
