Responsibilities

As a Customer Sales Scheduler, you will be a Subject Matter Expert, ensuring every customer has the best pest control experience. You will field incoming requests, schedule service visits, and maintain efficient routes to reduce drive time for Orkin Pros. Leading with empathy and a service mindset, you’ll coordinate services, resolve issues, and support overall customer satisfaction to help your branch grow.

  • Answer incoming calls and make outbound calls to schedule, confirm, and follow up on sales appointments
  • Utilize prospecting tools to drive new business development

  • Navigate Windows-based and web-based systems proficiently
