1-800-GOT-JUNK? is hiring for a Junk Laborer & Sales role. Join our Field Sales & Service Team to deliver exceptional customer moments and strong service experiences in Lancaster. You will load items, explain pricing, and identify sales opportunities while working with a driven team.

The position offers paid training, overtime opportunities, and advancement into sales or leadership tracks. No junk removal experience required; must be 21+ with a valid driver’s license.

Pay: $24-$27/hr average ($12 + Profit Share + Tips)
