The Home Depot is seeking Customer Service/Sales associates to deliver fast, friendly service by actively helping customers assess needs and provide assistance. You will learn about products using our tools and help customers select items to complete projects, greeting and qualifying each shopper to drive sales.

In this role you will keep your department in stock, clean, and safe, follow safety policies, and coordinate with the Department Supervisor and other associates.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to greet, qualify, and recommend products.
• Strong teamwork and safety awareness.
• Ability to learn product information and use store tools.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers and assess their needs to recommend solutions.
• Demonstrate products and explain features to close sales.
• Keep assigned areas stocked, clean, and safe for customers.
• Follow safety policies and report hazards to management.
• Collaborate with Department Supervisor and other associates.
