Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist customers by identifying needs and offering product solutions.
• Learn products using store tools and provide information to customers.
• Greet customers, qualify, recommend, and close sales in their department.
• Maintain the in-stock condition of assigned areas, keep aisles clean, shop-able, and safe.
• Follow all safety policies & standards, complete safety training, and report hazards to the Manager on Duty.
• Work with Department Supervisor and other associates across departments.
• Departments may include Building Materials, Décor, Electrical, Flooring, Garden, Hardware, Kitchen & Bath, Lumber, Millwork, Paint, Plumbing and Tool Rental.
