The Home Depot in Huntsville, TX is seeking a Customer Service/Sales associate to greet customers, assess their needs, and recommend products to complete projects. You will learn product details using store tools and work across departments to ensure a welcoming, organized shopping experience.

You will maintain stock levels, keep areas clean and safe, and follow safety policies while helping customers and collaborating with supervisors and teammates to close sales.

Qualifications

• Provide fast, friendly service by actively seeking out customers to assess their needs and provide assistance.
• Learn about products using our tools and provide information to customers in order to sell a project.
• Greet, qualify, recommend and close every customer in their department.
• Maintain in-stock condition of assigned areas and ensure it is clean, shop-able, and safe.
• Follow safety policies & standards and report hazards to the Manager on Duty.
