You will provide dedicated after-hours and weekend coverage—rapidly contacting warm inbound leads across phone, text, and email. Utilizing proprietary software, you will create visual lighting mock-ups, issue standardized online estimates, and collect initial customer deposits to convert prospective homeowners into booked installation appointments.
1. Inbound Lead Recovery & Speed-to-Lead

Multi-Channel Engagement: Qualify prospective homeowners, evaluate property specifications, and gather project parameters to keep warm leads moving through the pipeline.
Proactive Follow-Up: Execute continuous follow-up cadences with prospects who have received estimates but have not yet finalized bookings, ensuring zero opportunities fall through the cracks.
2. Visual Mock-Up Creation & Estimating
Visual Presentation: Learn and utilize proprietary estimation software to generate accurate visual mock-ups illustrating standardized warm-white lighting designs on customer properties.
Estimate Dispatch & Deposit Capture: Prepare and transmit standardized online estimates, answer pricing questions, resolve customer objections, and secure initial deposits to finalize bookings.
3. Pipeline Hygiene & Administrative Execution
CRM Logging: Maintain real-time notes, estimate statuses, and communication logs inside the company’s lead management system.
Operational Handoffs: Escalate custom installation requests or technical exceptions to the internal operations team, ensuring smooth transitions to installation crews.
Customer-Facing Experience: Proven track record in customer service, inbound sales, inside sales, lead qualification, or appointment setting targeting U.S.-based consumers.
Communication Mastery: Outstanding spoken and written English skills with a warm, clear, and credible phone manner tailored for homeowners in the New England market.
Commercial Instincts: Ability to articulate value, overcome objections, and ask for the sale/deposit without being overly pushy.

Prior experience in high-volume, seasonal sales environments.
Response Velocity: Reaching new inbound leads within target time windows during evening and weekend shifts.
Lead-to-Estimate Conversion: Elevating the baseline percentage of inbound inquiries that progress into formal estimates.
Close Rate & Revenue Capture: Successfully converting estimates into booked installations and securing initial customer deposits.
