Job summary

You'll work in departments across home improvement categories, answer questions, locate merchandise, stock as needed, and ensure customer needs are met. This role supports community shoppers with a focus on safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer to input, access, modify, or output information.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets.
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic required.
• Able to perform duties with prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities.
• Minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted or over 25 lbs with accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's, answer questions, and provide friendly service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock merchandise by replenishing shelves in empty areas.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately for on-time receipt of merchandise.
• Cross-train in other store areas to support customer service.
• Prepare department merchandise (e.g., tint paint, cut pipe, bundle wood, etc.).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
