Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive Customer Service experience in the CPG industry.
• Demonstrated leadership and ownership for responsibilities and results.
• Experience in customer service, sales operations, account management, or related functions.
• Provides leadership over systems including SAP, Salesforce, TrueCommerce, Excel, and Google Workspace.
• Develops and maintains effective relationships with customers, brokers, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve customer inquiries, issues, and escalations professionally.
• Serve as the liaison between customers, Sales, Operations, Accounting, and brokers.
• Lead the Order Processing team for accurate and timely order processing.
• Support Sales with customer service, order management, pricing, reporting, and account activities.
• Develop and improve customer service and sales order processes for accuracy and efficiency.
• Coordinate with Accounts Receivable on pricing adjustments and pay issues.
• Maintain customer, pricing, and account data in SAP and related systems.
• Oversee Salesforce administration, data integrity, and reporting.
• Maintain current customer files and required documentation.
• Qualify leads from prospective customers and route to Business Manager.
• Prepare and distribute monthly reports to Business Managers and brokers.
• Directly supervise the Order Processing Team and seek process improvements.
