Responsibilities

• Provide excellent and timely customer service to every guest.
• Effectively present and sell car wash services, memberships, and additional options.
• Greet customers at the tunnel, pumps or store and respond to needs.
• Keep the store and surrounding areas clean, organized and safe.
• Handle transactions accurately using POS devices and payment terminals.
• Follow Waterway policies and safety guidelines.
