Job summary

Drive IT is seeking a friendly entry-level Customer Service / Sales Representative to join our Nashville-area team. You will represent our clients, manage customer accounts, and deliver excellent service in a fast-paced environment.

We provide full training, with opportunities for advancement. Prior retail/hospitality or customer-service experience helps, but is not required. A signing bonus and performance incentives are offered as part of our benefits package.

Qualifications

• Previous retail / hospitality / customer service experience is a plus, though full training is provided.
• Some experience in a customer-facing role will aid progression; customer service, hospitality, brand promotion etc.
• Excellent Communication Skills required.
• Professionalism expected.

Responsibilities

• Be the professional face of our clients.
• Handle existing Business / Personal Accounts on a one-on-one basis to increase customer retention & satisfaction.

The Duties of the Customer Service & Sales Representative
