The National/Alamo brand of Enterprise Mobility has an exciting opportunity for a Full Time Outdoor Return Agent. The Return Agent will provide superior, friendly, and efficient service during all aspects of the rental car process relevant to this position.

The starting pay for this position is $19.00/hour plus potential bonuses. It is located at the Kansas City Airport, 648 N. Madrid, Kansas City, MO 64153, and will involve primarily working outdoors in the elements.

Schedules Available:

• Schedule 1: Thursday-Monday, 4 am - 1 pm
• Schedule 2: Thursday-Monday, 11 am - 7 pm

Responsibilities include:

1. Greeting all customers using prescribed, appropriate dialogue upon arrival.
2. Reminding customers to check for personal belongings and identifying any items found in vehicles, recording details, and turning them into lost and found.
3. Advising and reviewing rental charges, and providing accurate receipts.
4. Providing transportation information to the airport terminal courteously and professionally, and thanking customers appropriately.
5. Completing return transactions with 100% accuracy.
6. Inquiring about service satisfaction and documenting any dissatisfaction.
7. Checking incoming vehicles for damage discreetly and directing customers to complete damage/loss reports.
8. Verifying if vehicles are returned with a full tank of gas using proper statements.
9. Creating service alerts for mechanical or body damage communicated by customers.
10. Managing system holds for turnbacks, time or mileage restrictions, recalls, or other locks, and verifying their movement to proper lot locations.
11. Identifying and tagging vehicles flagged for grounding or preventative maintenance and verifying their movement.
12. Keeping the lot organized for ease of access and traffic flow.
13. Management reserves the right to modify, change, or delete duties as needed.

Qualifications include:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
• Minimum of 1 year prior customer service, retail, or administrative support experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
• Valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol-related convictions on driving record in the past 3 years.
